Question: It sounds like I have to do a lot of the work. Can’t I just outsource it all to you?
Answer: No. Social media is all about transparency and authenticity. That simply cannot be attained in an outsourced relationship. In addition, much of the benefits of social media come from directly interacting with potential and actual customers.

Questions: What sort of companies shouldn’t use social media?
Answer: There are two: those that hope to deceive and those with poor products or services. In the former case, the company will be sniffed out and exposed in a stunningly short amount of time. In the latter case, the faults will be emphasized and portrayed for everyone to see.

Question: Can you configure any blogging platforms other than WordPress?
Answer: Not at this time. We only offer services for systems with which we are completely comfortable. As other platforms reach that threshold, we will add services for them.

Question: How do I know which social media services are right for my company?
